Sales made through www.show-beads.net are submitted to the following general conditions to which the buyer agrees to stick to without restrictions or reserves as soon as he/she sends a completed order form and payment to www.show.beads.net.
These general sales-conditions specify in particular order-, payment-, delivery-conditions, together.
The buyer may simply, freely and at any time access these general sales conditions by clicking on “Conditions”, at the top of the page. So that any product order sent by a buyer to www.showbeads.net will imply a definite and irrevocable agreement of client on the entire general sales conditions presented here after:
Payment:
Through the Internet, payments can be made by credit card. Transactions made on www.show-beads.net are secured by Klik and Pay system. All data transmitted during the transaction is secured by the Klik and Pay server
through a secured SSL connection. At the end of the transaction Klik and Pay will present you with an electronic ticket referring to all the elements of the payment and the result of the bank request authorization (confirmation or abandon).
The total price indicated on the order form includes all taxes linked to the sending and delivery of the goods. All other taxes, including
the charges for the importation due in the country of delivery must be paid exclusively by the buyer.
The order is valid upon reception of payment, however if your payment fails to arrive 10 days following your order, your order will be cancelled.
It is important to give us your e-mail address when making your order. www.show-beads.net will confirm reception of your order at the communicated address. The automatic registration system asserts the nature, the content and the date of order.
Your order will be carried out with the greatest care, within limits of availability. Delivery of the order will be effected within approximately 14 week-days after reception of payment.
www.show-beads.net won't accept any return at all. It's highly recommended to choose carefully the items in size and color.
www.show-beads.net commits not to communicate your data to anyone.
